The ALTA CCMA & MRO Conference is the region’s most established meeting for aircraft maintenance and procurement professionals. Since 1963, it has provided a consistent space for airlines and suppliers to connect, exchange knowledge, and strengthen the foundations of aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Each year, the event brings together more than 600 executives, including over 100 airline representatives, to discuss operational challenges, explore practical solutions, and reinforce long-term partnerships.
The conference is structured around five core components:
